Being kicked out of the server for taking a pilot role or marksman. Abuse of admin power.

What are the rule for being a heli pilot or marksman? I have been on your server for almost 9 month. I have repeatedly been kicks by an admin name "I'll Play" for choosing the pilot role and getting in the chopper. He has kick 2 two of my friends out also for doing the same thing. I don't understand why those roles are reserved for "him and his squad" which he says are the rules. When I see he's on, I know I'm going to have a bad night. Takes the role of pilot and will not allow others to play. I have even been on the opposite team of him and been kicked out of the chopper role as well. WHY? I really want to understand why he is so toxic and is allowed to abuse is admin abilities? It might be best I go to a different server.
